    Knee Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis, commonly known as wear-and-tear arthritis, is a condition in which the natural cushioning between joints – cartilage – wears away. When this happens, the bones of the joints rub more closely against one another with less of the shock-absorbing benefits of cartilage. The rubbing results in pain, swelling, stiffness, less ability to move, and, sometimes, the formation of bone spurs.

    Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder, also called adhesive capsulitis, causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder. Over time, the shoulder becomes very hard to move.

Frozen shoulder most commonly affects people between the ages of 40 and 60, and it occurs in women more often than men.

    Spondylosis

Spondylosis is a condition that usually develops with age, and is the result of normal “wear and tear” on both the soft structures and bones that make up the spine . It causes severe Back Pain and Neck Pain

Although any part of the spine may be affected, spondylosis is more frequently seen in the spine’s highest and lowest sections – the cervical (neck) and lumbar (low back) areas .

    Stroke Rehabilitation

A stroke is your brain’s equivalent of a heart attack, happening when there’s an issue with blood flow to part of your brain. This can happen when blood vessels are blocked or because of bleeding in your brain .

    Bell's Palsy

Bell’s palsy is a condition that causes temporary facial paralysis  (palsy). It usually only affects the muscles on one side of your face. You may have a lopsided smile or an eyelid that you can’t fully close.

Bell’s palsy can affect anyone at any age. But it’s most likely to affect people between the ages of 15 and 60. The average age of onset is 40 years.

    Tennis Elbow

Lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as tennis elbow, is swelling of the tendons that bend your wrist backward away from your palm.

A tendon is a tough cord of tissue that connects muscles to bones. The tendon most likely involved in tennis elbow is called the extensor carpi radialis brevis. Tennis elbow is usually diagnosed in both men and women between the ages of 30 and 50 years
